Farinograph®-TS

Farinograph®-TS

The Brabender Farinograph-TS determines flour water absorption and kneading charac-teristics of dough. It complies with ICC-Standard No. 115/1, AACC Method No. 54-21 and DIN EN ISO 5530-1:2015-03, among others. Its new web-based MetaBridge software can be accessed by a simple browser log-in from any end device, e.g. from a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. From anywhere in the world, several authorized users can retrieve measurements simultaneously.

Moisture Tester MT-CA

The Brabender Moisture Tester MT-CA uses the drying chamber method (compliant to ISO 712, ICC-Standard Nr. 110/1 etc.) and determines the loss in weight of the sample material, which results from drying. Its new web-based MetaBridge software can be accessed by a simple browser log-in from any end device, e.g. from a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. From anywhere in the world, several authorized users can retrieve measurements simultaneously.

Quadrumat® Junior

Quadrumat® Junior

The Brabender Quadrumat Junior produces laboratory flours from wheat, spelt, rye, bar-ley and rice, almost equivalent to commercially produced flour in terms of ash content, yield and baking quality. They can be used for subsequent analyses such as standard tests with Farinograph, Extensograph, Amylograph, Alveograph or Falling Number. The new version of this mill comes with a more robust housing, larger drawers for flour and bran as well as a lower noise level and is also easier to clean.
